This position is central to the company’s function. You will be working with the Deputy Operations Manager (who was supported to work her way up into that position) to assist with the daily administration, diary management and office correspondence.
Successful candidates will thrive on the dynamism and faster pace of the recruitment agency. You will be outgoing in your communication style and have an interest in the company and its clients. A willingness to contribute ideas and a strong ability to focus and carry out tasks to a high level are highly respected and rewarded.
The job role is varied, but the primary duties will include:
* Answering calls
* Identifying candidates using job boards and social media
* Assisting consultants with day-to-day administration
* Aiding the admin team on compliance matters
* Diary Management
* Assisting with client visits
* Setting up workstations
* Any other duties as required
* Managing the company software system

* GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C or above

It will be a real advantage if you are familiar with the UK's Geography (e.g., the location of cities and counties).
