Employee Relations Advisor
Reporting to the Senior Employee Relations Advisor our Employee Relations Advisor will help to ensure a fair and consistent approach to our client's policies and procedures.
This role involves travelling to sites across Scotland promoting a positive ER culture whilst minimising risks.

To provide advice, guidance and coaching to Line Managers on a wide range of Employee Relations issues including:
Absence ManagementDisciplinaryGrievanceCapability/PerformanceWelfareRecruitment AdministrationACAS Conciliation and Tribunal ClaimsAll other ER matter than may arise Attend formal meetings on all of the above matters to support Line Managers and ensure that our Policies and Processes are consistently applied.
Actively contribute to the culture within the Employee Relations team of always learning from the cases and issues that arise with a view to seeing how we can improve our colleague experience, whether that be policy and process change, or education and training for line managers.
Contribute to the development, refresh and implementation of our key policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation, labour market trends and the Employee Value Proposition our client is seeking to offer to colleagues.
Provide project support to the broader People team on change programmes as required.
Undertake and/or support Employee Relations projects as directed by the Senior Employee Relations Advisor.
Accurately record and report Employee Relations activity and outcomes to be able to provide valuable insight to the People Partnering team.
Contribute to the delivery of our People Plan by playing an active role in the broader People team.
