DYSON V8 ABSOLUTE CORDLESS VACUUM - FOR SPAIRS AND REPAIRS

I've put this down as spares and repairs as the collection bin is not clicking shut properly, so even though the motor still works, because it's not creating a seal, it's not sucking. I have tried to picture it. Dyson tells me a service would be £70, so I've decided to upgrade - but some handy person may be able to fix it???
es with the attachments that are pictured. It includes the docking station and charger. As well as the instruction manual. & a spare filter.
You will see in the photo there is tape on the handle - a piece of ( non-functional) plastic broke off near the trigger , so I put tape on it to stop rubbing on my finger.
I could post for £10.
