We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage a team at our client based in North Bradford. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis, to start as soon as possible. As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be confident working in a fast–paced environment whilst managing a team of Customer Service Advisors of all skills and levels. You must be able to demonstrate a strong background in customer service and examples of successfully leading a team. Your main responsibility is to oversee the customer service activities and ensure standards are met whilst supporting your team.
