We are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic & driven Bar and Lounge Manager to lead from the front, offer all training and guidance and enable the Bar and Lounge team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times.

Our client is a beautiful 4 red Star Hotel with 100+ bedrooms set in the heart of 66 acres of glorious park & boasts the longest uninterrupted view in Hampshire. With a 2 rosette Restaurant they are committed to delivering hospitality to the highest standard.

As the Bar and Lounge Manager you will have the following:
Strong operational record in hospitalityExperience within a similar role, at a similar style of propertyHave strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate peopleTo be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achievedBe patient and comfortable working under pressureExcellent communication skills and be approachable Excellent guest relations skillsTalent for creating a positive team environment
