Accounts Administrator - cGBP20,000 - GBP25,000 Per Annum (Salary Dependant On Experience) - Norwich - Full Time
Reed Accountancy and Finance are proud to be working with a specialist leading manufacturing company in the North Norwich area seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their accounts team.
As part of a small but dedicated team, the Accounts Administrator will work closely with the accountant to ensure all related tasks are effectively completed which will in turn contribute towards the efficiency of this well-established firm.
The Accounts Administrator position itself entails the following in summary:
The Role in Summary
Processing of invoicesPreparation and completion of weekly and monthly supplier paymentsCredit ControlRaising sales invoices and dispatching to customersBank ReconciliationMonitor sales orders, stock levels and haulage organisationProvide general assistance with filing, answering the phone, answering emails etcLiaising with suppliers and issuing purchase ordersOther Ad Hoc Tasks as required by the Manager Skills Required
Organised and works well under pressureExcellent Communication skillsExcellent Telephone mannerKeen to learn and take on new tasksAbility to work on your own and as part of a teamAccounts package experience required including SAGEHigh level user of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word Hours, Benefits and Salary Offered
