3/4 size old antique violin needs to be set up

3/4 size antique violin in need of set up.
There are no splits or cracks to the body, however the neck has been snapped and glued back on at some point in the past. It feels solid, but the line is visible, as shown in the photos.
The wood is nicely flamed on the back and sides.
Collection in person from Gosforth, Newcastle. Cash on collection.
