The purchaser is given every opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction and he/she is responsible for ensuring that it complies with all current Road Traffic Acts before using on the Public Highway.
The description we give over the phone or on eBay is a brief description only. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you view the vehicle before purchasing. We also advise you to bring a VEHICLE ENGINEER to assess the vehicle and the damage as no warranty is given on the vehicle.
