Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding business in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team as a Customer Relations Advisor.
Summary
Making outbound calls to customers as part of the aftercare team in a timely and professional manner whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contacting customers via phone and email regarding the business aftercare servicesArranging follow-up appointmentsAdvising customers on product informationBuilding strong business relationshipsUpdating CRM database ensuring excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detailLiaising with various departments and management when necessary Skills and experience
Excellent communication skills verbal and writtenResilient with a self-motivated and driven personalityExcellent attention to detail Package and benefits
GBP20,319 per annumMonday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm - 37.5 hours per week28 days including bank holidaysIncentives Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
