We can arrange a time for you to collect from Woodstock.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping to UK with Royal Mail, UK Standard delivery service or Tracked 24/48.
Ships within 2 days; not counting Sundays and bank holidays.
Proof of postage will be obtained with all packages.
For orders (total value of goods) £30.01 or above, shipping options 3-6 will be used.
For orders (total value of goods) £60.01 or above, shipping options 4-6 will be used.

1. Package up to 250g / 25x35x2.5cm: 1st Class 3.55 or 2nd Class £3.15
2. Package up to 750g / 25x35x2.5cm: 1st Class £4.80 or 2nd Class £4.20
3. Package up to 2kg / 35x45x16cm: 1st Class £5.45 or 2nd Class £4.35 > You receive reference number for online delivery confirmation (not available to Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the BFPO)
*1st Class aims to deliver next working day, including Saturday.
*2nd Class aims to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturday.
Tracked 24 or 48 (not available for BFPO)
4. Package up to 750g / 25x35x2.5cm: Tracked 24 £5.90 or Tracked 48 £5.30
5. Package up to 2kg / 35x45x16cm: Tracked 24 £7.55 or Tracked 48 £6.45

Please bear in mind that total weight of the package is the goods and packaging material.
Recycled packaging materials are used whenever possible.

Cancellation / Return / Refund:
You have 14 days to cancel the order from the date you receive the goods.
From the day you let us know your wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the goods.
In order to get full refund, goods must be returned unused with all parts and unsealed if applicable.
If you return the goods via mail, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Within 14 days of receiving the goods from you, we will refund your order (cost of goods and outbound shipping).
In case you return some of the goods from multiple item order
- quantity discounted goods will be recalculated to a price reflecting the quantity remaining with you.
- shipping cost will be refunded partially, if applicable, to reflect what the cost would have been to the goods remaining with you. Difference is calculated based on the weight and size of the goods and package originally sent to you against the shipping and handling options mentioned in the Shipping and Handling.
