Westerly Centaur Sailing Yacht "Turnstone"

I have two Westerly Centaurs for sell. This Classic British Westerly Centaur is perfect for UK Waters, With good headroom and cast iron bilge keel this boat gives good sailing performance.
They have been used recently as Airbnb modation

1977 Westerly Centaur
Brought in 2020, not sailed since, moored in Keyhaven, Hants, used as AirBnb modation, interior refurb 2020
Toilet still plumbed in just boxed over, as not used. The plumbing still exists for a sea toilet and a holding tank if required.
Main cabin table is a flat leaf table
Shelduck (1977) has a diesel Yanmar 2GM20, installed in 2006. Paperwork for Yanmar engine installed in 2006. Have a valuation report dated 2007, but no other info on boat
In beige colour boom main cover, dodgers, front cockpit cover (2 parts)
Turnstone (1976) has a Beta 16 engine installed in 2011
has a portable toilet installed, but can provide the original toilet to replumb in. plumbing still exists for a sea toilet and a holding tank if required.
In blue Turnstone dodgers, stacker sail system, front stacker
On both boats have at moment electric induction hob in situ, and electric kettle, but can provide the original gas hob/oven,
Main cabin table has two small tables, one table set up in main cabin, the other table has additional poll to use inside or outside.
The boats were both stored out of the water last winter and antifouled.
They have been static in the water since April 2021
When out of water the keels and hull all looked in good condition

Engines on both only been used occasional for short distance up to the Quay for a wash down or to be taken out of the water. Sorry engine hours run unknown
We have one set of main sail and head, which have been kept in storage since buying the boats, (we are hunting our storage for the other set!)
