A fantastic recently decorated counselling / treatment room on Sandyford Place (G3 7NB) near Charing Cross is available to rent by a talking therapist, counsellor, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist or other appropriate professional (please note that it is unsuitable for aesthetic practitioners or manual therapists). It would also suit someone looking for private office space.
Charing Cross train station is 5 minutes walk away and there are plenty of buses running along Berkeley and Sauchiehall Street. There is also plenty of metered parking available and reasonably priced parking (£6 per day) below the Sikh temple on Berkeley Street round the corner.
Room cost
The cost of the room is £20 per block (£5 an hour or less). Saturdays and Sundays are £15 per block (£3.75 an hour or less) or £40 a day. Each day is divided into 3 blocks; the first block is anytime up until 12.30pm, the second block is between 1 - 5pm and the third is anytime from 5.30pm onwards.
The room needs to be taken for a minimum of 2 blocks per week - it is not available on a full-time or hourly basis.
Availability
Room availability is as follows (the days/blocks shown are always up-to-date):
Mondays - 2 blocks: up to 12.30 / 1 - 5pm
Tuesdays - 3 blocks: up to 12.30 / 1- 5pm / 5.30pm onwards
Wednesdays - 3 blocks: up to 12.30 / 1 - 5pm /5.30pm onwards
Thursdays - 2 blocks: up to 12.30 / 1 - 5pm
Fridays - 1 block: 5.30pm onwards
Saturdays - 2 blocks: up to 12.30 / 5.30pm onwards
Sundays - 3 blocks: up to 12.30 / 1 - 5pm / 5.30pm onwards
A reception area, toilet facilities, wifi and kitchen are available for you and your clients' use (as appropriate) at no additional cost and all bills are included in the quoted price.
A copy of your professional certificate(s) and your public liability insurance will be required.
