Job spec / duties
- Making updates and additions to live customer websites - full training given
- Providing telephone and email support to our beloved customers, looking to make updates and additions to their website
- Working alongside our developers to help prepare websites to go live, adding content imagery and browser testing
- Assisting our designer in uploading new images and content to designs
- Training customers via remote support how to update their new website
What we're looking for
- An interest in technology / marketing
- Previous office, customer support or administration experience
- A well organised team player
- A positive and helpful attitude
- A great level of written and spoken English
- Confidence to deal with new challenges
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Customer service / listening skills
Company background
We're a digital marketing agency based in Totton, Southampton. A small, tight knit team, trusted by over 450 businesses since 2011, looking after luxury brands to the local pub, there is no end to the types of business you'll helping!
We run a fun but efficient studio. There's always music on, and a friendly, positive but focused atmosphere, with walks at lunch when the sun's shining, as much freshly ground coffee as you fancy and your own MacBook Pro to take home once you've cleared probation.
Hours & Pay
- Monday - Friday, 9-5
- Hybrid working from home or office available
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
- Healthcare cash plan
- up to £28k, dependent on experience
