We are currently looking for an experienced Waiter for this stunning location. As the waiter you will be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager and team for the hotels 40 cover Restaurant offering 3 Rosette standard food across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. As a waiter you will have a passion for food and wine and guest service and be willing to work across the range of food and beverage areas of the hotel.
The Place
A Luxury 4 silver star hotel with 22 rooms. This 16th Century English Manor House is located in Surrey and has a 3AA rosette restaurant.

The ideal Food and Beverage Assistant will have the following:
Previous waiter experience in a quality restaurant environment required.A proven record of experience in planning, training and supervising a team to ensure excellence in guest service.Good knowledge of food and wines.A flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to adapt to the different service requirements across food and beverage areas.All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
