Volkswagen T4 Campervan

I bought this van in April 2012 and have had many adventures with my partner and our dogs. Recently it has not been getting much use so feels the right time to sell it.
MOT until 11-08-23
It has most of the old MOTs and lots of other paperwork from prior to my ownership including original manuals. I changed the cam belt when I got the van (at 170,000) and have only done 11,000 in the 11 years I have owned it. A few whole week trips over the years but mostly weekend get always and short breaks.
The runners on the bed have been removed (after breaking) and I have been using a couple of simple timber props to support the bed once pulled out for many years as haven’t got around to repairing it. No rear seatbelts.
It has a pull out awning/canopy. One of the fold put legs is detached from the horizontal so I hold in place with tape when I use it.
There’s a decent easy camp drive away tent (see photos) that comes with it. I’ve used this less than a dozen times so it’s in great condition.
Some bubbling rust around passenger side wheel arch.
