My beloved mk3 golf has been a show car but I unfortunately haven’t got the time for it anymore.
No MOT due to being in storage for the past year but a dream to own.
Was 2.0 GTI and in it’s prime had a G60 but now has a VR6 engine.
It does need some TLC to get it up to show standard again, but has always turned heads.
custom Schmidt TH lines with extended radinox lips, custom tan leather recaros, smoothed front and back US style bumpers, boot pop from inside, finished in a custom colour which is Porsche brown, single wiper conversion on the front, wiper delete to the rear. There are some rust bubbles which have appeared but nothing that cannot be sorted, the expansion tank is cracked (these are a few pounds off eBay), I was going to replace a sill but haven’t had time- car will come with replacement sill, there are a few marks in the paint as to be expected from a 24 year old car (one key mark also.)
Tens of thousands have been spent on this and this car, with work, could make someone very happy as a classic like it has done for me. Open to offers, will need trailering.
