Delivery Details - We ship all of our parts within two days of cleared payment. It usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery. If parts are needed quicker please contact us before payment so we can adjust the shipping price. If the item arrives damaged please contact us upon delivery. Shipping costs are for UK only but some parts of the UK may cost more on shipping please contact us first for a shipping quote.

Returns - You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. Please note all returns are tested and a refund or replacement will be issued once the item has been returned to us. You must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. 


You may return an item which is not as described we always try to describe all are items as accurately as possible. If we have sent you the item ordered and it does not fit then this is not considered as not as described. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery and all delivery charges will be paid by the buyer. 


We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. 


Before returning any item(S) please contact us for authorisation. We reserve the right to refuse any item that has not been authorised first. 


In the case where an item has arrived damaged you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any replacement or refund is issued. 


Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed by ourselves. Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customers expense. 


All items are returned at the buyer own risk. We strongly recommend that all buyers take care when returning items to us, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed and adequately packaged. Items that arrive back to us damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packing will not be accepted. There items will be resent back to the customer at the customers expense.
