Registered Office Address (£50/yr): Portray a professional image by using our office address. Our Offices are listed buildings in prominent locations within London. This es with receiving all official letters from UK government departments such as HMRC (Inland Revenue) and Company House. All government letters will be scanned and email to you as PDF documents free of cost. After 1 month the originals will be securely shredded. Scanning is free. However, if you want the letter to be forwarded to your home address then postage fee must be paid additionally, which is £2.50 plus VAT per letter. Other post such as letters from banks, suppliers and customers will be returned to sender.

Director’s Service Address (35/yr): You can use our address as your director’s service address if you do not want your home address to appear on the Companies House Website when you register as director of pany and we will forward all official letters directed to pany director free of charge. This lets you protect your home address from the public. We will scan the letters and email it to you as PDF documents. After 1 month the originals will be securely shredded. If you want the original letter then postage fee must be paid additionally, which is £2.50 per letter. Other post such as letters from banks, suppliers and customers will be returned to sender.

Business Address and Scan Service (£45/yr): This service allows you to receive general business posts. All letters that are not from the UK government departments such as HMRC and Company House are classified as business mail e.g. letters from banks, suppliers and customers. Your business mail will be scanned and emailed to you as PDF documents. The originals will be securely shredded after 1 month. Scanning is free. Original copies can be ordered prior to them being shred. We charge £2.50+vat+post for each item.

Business Address and Mail Forwarding Service (£80/yr): This service allows you to receive general business posts. All letters that are not from the UK government departments such as HMRC and Company House are classified as business post e.g. letters from banks, suppliers and customers. Junk letters won’t be kept for you. The annual subscription price includes £20 to cover the cost of post and handling fees. If the deposit runs out prior to the service being renewed, subscribers will be asked to top it up again. If you select this service please also select the number of letters. This service allows you to use the address on your website and invoice.

Sole Trader Address Service (£45/yr): These services are for unincorporated businesses, sole traders, trusts, individuals. Your Post will be scanned and emailed to you as PDF documents. This service includes a maximum of 50 items of post per week at no extra charge. Above that limit, you will be charged 20p per item. The originals will be securely shredded after 1 month. Scanning is free. Original copies can be ordered prior to them being shred. We charge £2.50 +VAT+post for each item.

Parcel Forwarding Service: We can forward parcels for you, with prior notice that you are expecting a parcel. Any parcels we receive will be forwarded to you at a cost of £15 plus postage. £60/yr.

Meeting Room Services: Meet your clients at your virtual office address. Our meeting rooms can be used for interviewing people, training, mentoring, business negotiations and deals, staff meeting, conferencing and other uses. Seats 4 – 8 people. £15/per hour
