Vintage Hondo Fame Series 757 Telecaster Electric guitar with upgrades on offer.
Comes with carry bag.
This is an awesome (MIJ) Telecaster from the early 1980’s which has been upgraded with Bloodstone Guitar Works electronics- upgrades include:
• Matched CTS USA Custom Audio Taper 250K Split shaft Volume & Tone potentiometer
• 0.022uF Sprague Orange drop tone capacitor- removes the thinness & harshness
• Oak Grigsby switches
• Treble bleed volume (Aka Hendrix mod) prevents the loss of tone when reducing the volume
• 5 way switch : Anderson mod- uses a strat switch ( adds a 5th position dark tone or woman tone when overdriven) as in the early 50’s Telecasters
• Ash body (8lbs)
• Beautiful Maple neck and fretboard with low action
• 21 frets ( good condition)
• Mini Grover Machine heads
• Tortoiseshell Scratchplate
• Excellent Dimarzio pickups
This guitar is on par with Fender American Telecaster guitars and far better then Fender Mexican ones.
