Vintage Chad Valley Toy Washing Machines: Mary Lou & Hoovermatic Working!
Mary Lou top loading machine which washes and spins and Hoovermatic twin tub which also washes and spins.
TWO fantastic vintage toys from around the 1950s.
The Mary Lou takes two D size large round batteries (not included). I have put two in and it washes and spins.
The Hoovermatic needs no batteries and also washes and spins. One lid missing.
Some rust - please see photos and all pictures.
Not tested with water but amazing that after more than half a century these hard to find toys are still in working order.
