Beautiful, pretty, full of character, lush, rich are all terms e to mind when performing on the BIG B. On this horn the action is very light and swift.
All rods, springs, snap on pads etc are original to this horn. Huge sounding, but in different pared to CONN New Wonders. The BUESCHER is like the local school yard bullies, a different kind of power that is more refined. The
CONNs are more like an angry Dad that is telling you off because you would not stand up to those school yard bullies...
But in my opinion the Buescher BIG B shines where velocity is concerned.
The horn is very light and spells beautifully with a concise tuning.
Unfortunately, cosmetically it's not as beautiful a presentation as the Conns... however, like the Conns, there are no dents.
