Under Door Sit Up Bar and Resistance Bands

Metal, under-door, sit-up bar for beginner to expert workout. Plus, 2 resistance bands ideal for warm-ups and cooldowns. Sit-up bars can be fitted in seconds, and then offer protection/support to back, as well as more exercise opportunities with countless, free, online routines.
Also, I’ve attached this sit-up bar to other exercise equipment at different heights (such as exercise bike’s base and handlebars). So, I could do extreme sit ups while balancing on a yoga ball.
I can show you one very good warm-up and cooldown exercise with those resistance bands (as used by England rugby team), which is surprisingly easy and extremely effective.
I’m happy to save items if you can let me know an approximate time for collection only/viewing 8am-10:00pm most days (apart from odd trip out) from small, covered, front porch/doorway with working doorbell that switches light on during night time at private housing estate, former site of Shirecliffe College (easy to find from bus stops, cycling, driving, and walking, just off Shirecliffe Road), Standish Way, Sheffield, S5 8YA.
