Recruitment Consultant - Rail Salary 20k - 22k DOE + commission and various benefits Based in Manchester (M5 4TP) Free Parking! About us Our business is based in Salford M5 4TP. We are a large Rail Engineering Technical recruiter who has been established for over 30 years. Our team is a mixture of cultures, mature and young aspiring recruiters all of which support each other and have contributed to our business being one of the most successful in our sector. Salary and Benefits Basic salary from GBP20K - GBP22K plus commission with OTE GBP35K - GBP55k Career progression. Generous commission structure paid monthly 26 days annual leave Annual target-hitters trip (last year it was Bermuda!) We are looking for; ideally previous experience in a sales or recruitment role. Proven track record of meeting targets People person good communicator, sense of humour, team player and above all someone that is driven to do well and forge a successful career.
