- Morso Squirrel wood burner. Very efficient and effective heat source.
- Full size gas oven with grill and four hob burner.
- Domestic 12v fridge with ice box

- wooden steps lead up to mezzanine sleeping space. We had a king sized mattress up there. It's not tall enough to sit up in. Two Sky lights above head for stargazing and ventilation at night.
- custom built sliding slats bed frame downstairs which serves as a sofa, pull out double bed and storage.
- Internal porch space with stained glass door provides separate space to take off wet gear before going through to main space. storage for shoes, coats etc
- High post loo (Separette). This system separates the solids and the fluids and has inbuilt extractor fan (honestly: minimal smell!).
