The Instrument Manual, 4th Edition, Instrument Practice & United Trade Press, 1971, ed. J T Miller
This has been owned by us for many years in our smoke free home.
This massive manual is published by the proprietors of Instrument Practice, a monthly journal covering the whole field of process control and automation, and by United Trade Press of Fleet Street, London.
The book is 566 pages, hardcover, with a dust jacket.
Dimensions are approx. 290 mm x 225 mm x 35 mm and it weighs approx. 1.45 kg.
The book is in generally very good condition though it is naturally discoloured with age. The dust jacket has done its job and is somewhat scuffed and discoloured with one tear of about 3 cm but this has therefore successfully protected the book itself.
The spine is perfectly sound.
The sole owner's signature, dept details, and date is written in ink on the front blank page; otherwise there are no such marks throughout the book. Only one single page is a little dog-eared; there are no other tears, inks, etc.
From a smoke free home.
