Temporary nanny (5-week placement)

We are looking for a stellar, hands-on, responsible nanny with English as a first language who can look after a two-year-old boy in West London. This position is from roughly 3rd April until 5th May with a potential to extend a further week.
You should have at least 5 years of experience, a self-starter attitude, confident in all areas of childcare and development, be highly organised, and most importantly be comfortable instilling rules. You must be fun and energetic as the child is very advanced and developed with high verbal skills and aptitude. You will engage the child in stimulating activities which support the child's development and language. Please be a team player as you will work alongside a small staff. This position is not for career babysitters or for individuals who have distractions during work hours (i.e., personal calls, napping, TikTok, or extensive time on the phone)
We would like someone available 8am-6pm from Monday - Friday but flexibility to occasionally stay late or come early is advantageous. You would be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining the child's routine as scheduled during the week, preferably engaging them in school-related activities/lessons as the child is off from school until 20th April,
- Mealtimes, potty-training, reading, teaching basics like tidying up, letters, numbers, etc.,
- Organising engaging lessons at home while the child is out of school,
- Taking the child to activities and play groups as needed,
- Ensuring the child is well-mannered and well-behaved - the current nanny has created a fantastic environment for the child which allowed them to develop mentally and emotionally, it is important this is carried through during this placement,
- Potential proxy parenting if principals travel,
- Supportive engagement with strong English language skills - we are seeking candidates with the highest English language skills,
