Telephone Receptionist for Massage Company from Home - Part Time

Experienced, well spoken telephone receptionist required for a well established mobile massage company ASAP.
We are open 7 days a week and can offer part time and very flexible working hours to the right person.
Looking for a commitment of approximately 10-16 hours over 2 days during weekdays.
Weekly or fortnightly Saturday or Sunday 8-11 hours shifts.
Flexibility will be needed when other members of team are on annual leave.
Basic salary is supplemented by an attractive commission structure based on bookings secured. This can result in a significant earnings opportunity.
Duties:
• Dealing with incoming client calls and queries
• Ensuring all opportunities are taken to maximise sales figures
• Replying to emails, prepare quotations, letters etc.
• Dealing with new client records
• Liaising with our team
• Scheduling jobs, updating dispatch board (calendar)
An excellent telephone manner is essential together with a cultured English accent.
In addition, sales background and knowledge of data input into spreadsheets is desirable.
We are looking for someone with kind heart, lots of energy and a positive attitude, quick learner along with strong work ethics.
Landline, broadband and quiet home environment is essential.
