Technics SU-V45A Stereo Amplifier - Spares or repairs

I picked up this amp second-hand as I heard they are great. However this one isn't working, I'm not sure what's up. It seems to power on but I can't get any sound. The previous owner said it had some work on it in the past like all the capacitors replaced and some new wiring but I'm no expert with electronics so I don't want to open it up to have a look as I wouldn't know what to fix/check. Therefore it's sold as spares or repair/ no returns. Thanks
