Team Leader Cleaner / Housekeeper Must Drive

We are looking for a perfectionist with an eye for detail and presentation who is able to work independently & supervise a small team of cleaners. You will set impeccable standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the apartments & houses that we manage and will take pride in how you leave the properties for our guests.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will need a working level of English & be comfortable using our mobile app to record properties that have been cleaned. Your own car & a driving license and prior cleaning experience is essential for this job. A candidate with housekeeping experience is essential and candidates in similar roles is desirable . We also pay £0.40 per mile for any driving that you do in work.
HOURS
The hours will be around 20 hours a week which will be spread over 5 days. The days may change but will always include Fridays and Sundays.
THE ROLE
Come into the office in the morning & prepare cleaning packs for the cleaners you will be supervising
Driving to the location of the cleans with cleaners & delegating tasks as well as partaking in the cleans yourself and supervising them for the duration of the cleans
Inspect the cleans, discuss anything that is missed with the cleaners & ensure the property is presentable for guests
Giving inductions/trial cleans for new cleaners
Follow the checklist to ensure everything is covered
Taking wheelie bins/recycling out to the street for collection
Delivering laundry or dropping off items to guests when needed
Reports all maintenance issues via our mobile app
Periodic deep cleaning of properties
Periodic inventory checks of properties
Performs related duties as and when required.
Salary: £14 an hour inclusive of holidays.
