About the role Our specialist independent School is located within 60 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and supports children and young people with epilepsy and associated complex needs. We are seeking an exceptional Teacher to join our dedicated team to support young people to grow in confidence as they acquire new skills and knowledge. You will work part of a specialist team to lead class groups in all aspects of the curriculum ensuring the optimum contribution of support staff and engagement of children and young people in consistently inspirational lessons. About You You will have qualified teaching status in the UK and the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with multi-disciplinary colleagues towards delivering excellence. Previous SEN experience including having worked with learners with PMLD is desirable, but not essential. What matters to us is that you have a passion for helping children and young people with complex needs reach their full potential. We will provide full induction, training and support to those who come from a mainstream teaching background. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children s Homes, School, College and Day Centre.
