These bikes always have a problem of the battery rattling around in its holder while going over rough ground, I have fixed the issue by making a rubber wedge and padding around the battery.
Always taken the best of care with this bike always cleaned after every ride and the battery has always had proper charge cycles and has always been stored indoors
