Systems Administrator

Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our friendly team here at First Response Group in Leeds.
Successful candidates will be required to support the Central Services Manager. You will be responsible for the business operating efficiently and effectively within defined management processes.
This Systems Administrator role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain business operating platforms and software.Optimise process workflows and automation.Review process efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement including data cleansing.Lead on statistical analysis and KPI reporting.Support colleagues on effective use of business platforms.Perform routine audits and delivery of goods and services.Ensure workflow processes are understood, adopted, and adhered to.This Systems Administrator role would suit candidates with previous experience in a similar role and in reporting, admin, and working with CRM and workflow management systems.
