We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing support for Service Users with enduring mental health problems and, or, learning difficulties within the Community in line with the individual's person centred plan.For more information or to submit your application, please contact me!Location: WrexhamSalary: GBP10.50+ per hour depending on experienceHours: Full time and Part time hours available. Responsibilities:To assist with the planning and co-ordination of the delivery and support services to Service Users ensuring that personal, physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs are met.To ensure that the service provides opportunities for Service Users to exercise determination and choice and to participate in the life of a wider community.To comply with the General Social Care Council Code of Conduct for Social Care Workers. To ensure that the personal dignity of all Service Users is upheld and respected.To contribute to the development of, and assist, with the implementation of individually planned programmes of support and activities according to each Service Users needs.To develop a good working relationship with the Service User and, when appropriate, use their families, friends and advocates.Undertake direct tasks and participate in shift patterns as required.Undertake any reasonable tasks related to the provision of support as required by the Line Manager.What we re looking for:Somebody who is dedicated to the care and well-being of service users and staffLevel 2 Health and Social CareDriver is not essential but is desirable.
