As part of our team, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from £10.90 to £12.90 per hour, along with an additional 45p per mile for drivers. We do not offer 15-minute calls, ensuring that you have ample time to provide quality care to our clients. You will also receive full training, with a bonus of £150 upon completion, as well as ongoing support for your career development.

In addition to a competitive salary and ongoing training, we offer mileage paid at 45p per mile for drivers and 25p per mile for walkers. We provide uniforms and shadowing and extra training for complex clients.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include helping our clients live independently in their own homes, administering medication, washing and dressing, personal care, meal preparation, social calls, safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning, and moving of clients, and home help. No two days will be the same, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
To qualify for this role, you should have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle at all times. However, we do have other Support Worker roles available, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss further.
This is a full-time or part-time position, with hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. Our Support Workers are community-based, meaning you will work in your area.
