Artery Digital have an exciting opportunity for a Studio Administrator to join their growing team based in Sheffield.

Salary: £20-25k full time equivalent (FTE) depending on previous experience
£12-15k for this 22.5 hour / week contract

We’ve been in business for 16 years and are a flexible bunch with an in-house team specialising in development, design, motion, presentation graphics, eLearning, and virtual events. We’re a fully remote business with a predominantly UK client base of agencies working with healthcare clients.

Studio Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
- Account management support
- Client communications, sending holding emails, and forwarding completed work as requested by Studio Director
- Updating project management software
- Administration of team time reporting
- Preparing cost proposals
- Proofreading PDFs of design and development work for accuracy to client brief, mark up and supplied materials
- Studio traffic support
- Finance support (chasing for client PO’s and the payment of invoices)
Studio Administrator – You:
- You’ll have 4+ years’ experience in an office support role in a fast-paced environment
- Design studio agency experience - but not essential
- Experience working within a systems based business
- Conscientious to the core, you will take pride in the quality of your work and the success of a small business
- You will be detail oriented and have good time management skills
- You’ll be comfortable working and communicating remotely and responsively- using Teams, Google chat and email
- An interest in project and account management
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Able to pick up new software
- Familiar with Xero/WorkFlowMax – but not essential
