My original, well-looked after Spencers Loggers Tape from use when a Forestry Contractor in the early '80s. Lightly used & been in dry storage since then.
This is the original and best iteration from J. A. Gadd Ltd. A quality product which would be useful for a number for onsite measuring jobs.
Superb condition given its age. The casing & gearing is sound. No mechanical damage. I appear to have etched my name on the casing at some time...
15 metre tape undamaged, all markings are clear & auto rewind mechanism works without fault.
Complete with belt clip & timber attachment nail. A classic piece of kit, sad to see it go, but it needs a new home & needs to be used.
