Spectacular Large Vintage Cast Stone Squirrel Garden Ornament

Spectacular, large, vintage, cast stone, squirrel garden ornament: 9 ¼ inches (23.5 cm) tall – with it's wonderful signs of patina (that antique and collectable establishments charge a fortune to own), as it’s been outside in my mum’s garden for last 35+ years.
I’m happy to save items if you can let me know an approximate time for collection only/viewing 8am-10:00pm most days (apart from odd trip out) from small, covered, front porch/doorway with working doorbell that switches light on during night time at private housing estate, former site of Shirecliffe College (easy to find from bus stops, cycling, driving, and walking, just off Shirecliffe Road), Standish Way, Sheffield, S5 8YA.
I’ll carry change for cash payments and immediate collection because internet banking transfers can take up to 2 hours to clear an account.
