For our UK office in Harleston, Norfolk, we are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist Your responsibilities Managing the spare parts order process and invoicing to dealers Dealing with incoming parts enquiries to LEMKEN UK HQ Technical support for spare parts to LEMKEN UK staff and Dealer network Assisting the Parts Manager with processing of parts orders Entry of parts orders to satisfy all post Brexit customs procedure Processing parts returns / credits Supporting the stock management of the UK warehouse Arranging parts shipments from the UK warehouse Coordination and communication with the HQ in Germany Your skills and qualifications Technical or commercial education Interest and knowledge in the farming environment Good numeracy and literacy skills as well as good attention to detail Excellent customer service & communication skills Enthusiastic and reliable Experienced with MS Office, and comfortable with new technology LEMKEN UK Ltd. provides our employees excellent working conditions and benefits.
