Single Speed Vintage City Bike

This is a 1984 Raleigh Courier frame bicycle that has been restored and the gearing changed to single speed. It rides smoothly and offers a nice upright riding positon which makes it very safe muting.
I have fitted brand new:

Grips
Saddle
Seat post
Milk crate
Brake cables
Tyres
Brake pads
Single speed rear wheel
The whole bike has been professionally overhauled and serviced in November.
It is a large frame that would suit riders from 5\"10 to 6\"8. I am 6\"3 and it's great.
I also carry my daughter on the rear rack in a bike seat. I'm buying a Brompton to fit in my small flat, so I'm happy to part with it if you would like it as well.
You can have it with the crate or without the crate. I've shown both options in the pics.
