A pair of E1027 chrome adjustable side table, designed by Eileen Gray in tubular chrome
This one is from the late 1980s (vintage). It was originally designed in 1926 for her sister who liked to eat breakfast in bed the table base would slide underneath the bed and the adjustable height of the top would provide a perfect fit over the top of the bed.
This versatile table is equally at home in living rooms, dining rooms, offices or as a side table- you can even use it for the indended purpose.
The classic and timeless side table is a favourite for elegance.
