Service Call Planner

An urgent hire needed for a Service Call Planner working for a fantastic manufacturer within the hospitality and retail industry, based in Milton Keynes!
Working in a friendly team of 4, reporting to a Team Leader you will be supporting with the allocation of work for field–based and Service & Installation Technicians. Responsible for one region where you deliver excellent customer service to clients and technicians.
If you enjoy a fast paced role and being a total organiser then this role would be ideal.
Your day will look like this:
Responding to customer calls & emails in a timely mannerAllocating daily the jobs for the techniciansPlanning installations within 3 daysProviding internal and customer updates with accurate response timesFollow up calls to establish if further work is required.Maintain up to date customer information on SAP (training provided)Advise on any delays or the job status Person Specification:
Want to deliver an excellent customer serviceA background in scheduling or planning – ideally two yearsGood knowledge of the UKWork to tight deadlinesRaise escalations where neededA team player and a problem solver Your benefits will include:
