Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join the team: This role requires a bubbly, energetic and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business. The Role Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers & Subcontractors Logging and responding to emails from Clients & Subcontractors Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors Ensuring data is uploaded to the system correctly Updating client s portal systems The Person: We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service Excellent communicator You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder You must be able to remain calm and professional under pressure The Package: Starting salary of GBP21,000 Permanent full time Annual leave plus bank holidays Working hours Monday - Friday shifts 8am - 4:30pm/9:30am - 6pm Joining a passionate and friendly team Genuine progression opportunities for someone with passion and drive to do so On-site parking Please contact Zac at i2i Recruitment for IMMEDIATE consideration!
