Senior Recruitment Consultant - Suffolk

Due to continued growth, Vivo Recruit is looking to expand it s team with the addition of a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising within the trades and labour sector of construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 1x years experience working within recruitment as a consultant with a knowledge of the construction industry. The business is fast paced with huge earning potential due to Vivo s industry leading commission structure. Knowledge of the following essential: - 360 recruitment role - CRM systems - Sales experienced - Relationship building - Excellent telephone manner - Excellent written and email writing skills - Ability to work at a fast pace The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, industry leading commission structure, various company perks including team events and holidays as well as working within a successful, dynamic, forward thinking team. Vivo have access to all job boards with an extensive database of candidates and clients and this will certainly be a warm desk for somebody to slot into.
