Senior Reservationist
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Hotel Reservationist. As Senior Hotel Reservationist you will support the Reservations Manager and guide the Reservations team. This role offers the opportunity to deputise for the Reservations Manager when required. You will be joining a dynamic team dealing with sales enquiries via telephone or email.

A Hotel & Country Club situated in Forest Row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in Sussex. The hotel has a beautiful spa. The dining offering includes a 2 AA rosettes, 90 cover Restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy Lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

The ideal Senior Reservationist will have the following:
Previous experience within hotel reservations is essential, ideally within a management or supervisory capacity.Excellent people management skills with proficiency in office management and administration.Able to train, develop and motivate your team, being responsive to targets set.Experience of the luxury hotel sector would be an advantage.Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel front office system.Happy working shifts- hours as requiredThe Reservations Office is open every day so some weekend working will be involved, as well as some eveningsAll candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
