Senior Estate ManagerNorth Liverpool/Merseyside areaGBP53000 - GBP67500 salary plus 10% bonus & GBP3k car allowanceRandstad are delighted to be working alongside a national organisation and one of the largest property owners in the UK. They are recruiting for a Senior Estate Manager based in the North Liverpool/Merseyside area. The main purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a sustainable, integrated facilities service across circa 30 sites across the area.
Main Duties:
Manage relationships with customers, suppliers and their own team to deliver a clean, safe, and effective working environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.Develop, implement and manage a robust people management plan including recruitment, development and management to ensure a highly motivated and capable workforce is in place.Deliver a high quality, professional and robust safety and compliance management plan for the geographical area of responsibility.Liaise with landlords regarding contract management, leases, payments and inspections.Implement effective maintenance plans, deploying contractors, equipment, systems and materialsDevelop and implement effective management strategies of suppliers, including the agreement, planning costs, timescale and quality of delivery.Responsible for managing the cost profile for their property portfolio, including financial forecasting, budget setting, and engaging with finance and the wider zonal team. Experience:
Experience within an Estate Management role is essential, with an understanding of delivering an integrated service solution across multiple sitesKnowledge of relevant business standards, regulations and statutes as well as technical guidance for soft and hard servicesDemonstrable experience of leading delivery teams and outside contractors, managing delivery across multiple sites and servicesFull driving license If you are interested in this role and would like to find out more, please apply with your CV.
