Three Bridges Recruitment's client is looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant for an exciting new role. The role offers a knowledgeable Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Payable Supervisor in managing the Accounts Payable team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and to join a busy accounts payable function within a busy commercial Livingston based business. The role is paying between GBP25,000 and GBP30,000 per annum.

The job of Senior Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
Assisting in process improvementActing as one of the \"go to\" members of the teamSupporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure they can carry out less of a hands-on rolePurchase ledger processing including matching, batching & coding invoicesEnsuring appropriate authorisation of all invoices via AP systemPreparing reconciliationsLiaising with suppliers & producing supplier statementsUsing MS ExcelAssisting with other aspects of finance if possibleBuilding and maintaining relationships with staff in other departmentsAd hoc administration duties YOU
As Senior Accounts Assistant you will ideally be skilled and/or qualified in the following:
Skilled in carrying out the above tasksYou must be confident in using basic MS ExcelCapable of working in a fast-paced commercial environmentOrganisedPositive attitude Should this role be of interest please apply by attaching your up to date CV.
