SEN Learning Support Assistant- East Croydon CR0- February 2023
Location: East Croydon (5 minute walk from the main station)
Payscale: £80-£95 per day
Duration: Long-term to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate start after February Half-term

We are looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join us on our unique journey.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant you will teach, role model and strive to exemplify virtues such as curiosity, honesty, perseverance, and how we can serve others. You will be working in a KS2 class, working closely with SEN ppils who require extra support to raise their attainment levels. The role will also be supporting the class teacher and being an integral member of staff enuring smooth learning within the classroom.

Requirements:
* Be able to develop positive relationships with young children.
* Be able to develop an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the child with whom you are supporting.
* Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
* Be enthusiastic mitted to working as part of a team.
* Be a confident and municator with parents.
* Be flexible with regard to other classroom work
* Have experience of working with children
Enhanced DBS Certificate (within 1 year or on the update service)
