What Will You Do:
Identifies, pursues, and closes opportunities to buy and sell new and used homes and pitches. Deals efficiently and effectively with all sales enquiries, and liaise with Finance companies as necessary in support of such sales situations. Ensures that Sales operations are to the highest standards through the promotion of a consistently high quality of customer service, both to existing and potential clients, with the aim that Haulfryn be regarded as both a service leader in the industry and a service provider of choice. Ensures that all Sales activities conform with the Company's procedures and to legislative requirements and that the highest standards are always maintained. Communicates Park rules clearly to current and prospective residents, ensuring that these are understood and upheld by all. Deals appropriately with issues and exceptions. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of developments in the Holiday Park market and contributes to the formulation of Sales plans and initiatives to ensure ongoing business growth. Monitors competitor business activities and performance and maintains effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers, all for future potential business advantage. Works as an integral part of the park team to maintain and improve the efficiency of the overall Park operation Responsible for selling park memberships. Prospect new business leads and members Achieve Membership sales goals and renewals. To effectively maximise the prospect journey to new membership sales through our CRM Conduct pre-planning activities each month with the Head of Commercial including strategic outreach and in park activity, for securing member and owner referrals. To support Head of Commercial is developing partnerships that bring added value to The Warren Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
