This is a fully self contained tiny house comprising of double bedroom, open area with kitchen, dining room and living room, walk-in double wardrobe/office and shower room.
This modern self build could be lived in by two people permanently and can accommodate many more temporarily. Great for extending your home space for guests, using for AirBnB or to simply enjoy the tiny life for yourself. It could also be used as a home office, play area or any form of extra space.
Based on a static caravan frame, the renovated structure is now super insulated and has smart electric heaters in every room. There is also a log burner in the living room which can heat the whole place. Both can be used on their own. The windows are single glazed but its not a problem with the more than adequate heating and insulation.
The kitchen has a gas oven and hob with many cupboards, a plumbed in sink, and space for a large fridge freezer.
The water for the sinks is heated by a built in gas boiler. The shower is a power shower run by electric. The toilet is not currently plumbed in as we did not use one. The water pipes to feed one are plumbed in below and ready to connect. Would just need to cut a hole for a waste pipe.

I have had estimate quotes for delivery around the UK of between £2000-£3000. This would be the buyers responsibility. The wheels are now redundant, owing to the weight of the structure, which means it would need to be craned onto a vehicle and into position at the other end. It is currently on supports so would require a similar set of supports on the transportation vehicle and at the new home location. We used a mix of railway sleepers and vehicle supports.
