Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’ is one of my favourite plants in a garden. It is mended to grow it in full sun but it performs well in any aspect of my garden, including north facing partially shaded border. It is a very easy plant to grow, as long as it gets good drainage. Sedum starts flowering in summer, starting from green, turning pink in autumn. Dried rusty flower heads last into spring, giving lots of winter interest. Looks exceptionally beautiful with grasses.
